Cancellation/no show policy: Please be aware and understand that failure to call 24-hours in advance for cancellation of an appointment will result in your being billed the full charge for that appointment. Your scheduled appointment has been set for you only. Please be considerate of others who may need help.

If you have insurance, please verify that you have out of network benefits, and find out what your deductible is. Upon payment, I am happy to provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. They will then cut a check directly to you. Insurance billing and coordination is the responsibility of you, the client.

The intake paperwork and financial policy are on the available downloads page. Please print these, look them over, and fill them out. Bring them with you to the session. By doing so you can spend the maximum amount of time focused on the items you would like to discuss with me.
